To meet production deadlines, cut off times for all gift basket orders will be 1:00 CST.
Any orders received after the deadline will be shipped out the following business day.
Orders received on the weekend will not be shipped out until the following Monday.

Heritage Gift Baskets does not assume responsiblity for delayed delivery on the part of the mail carrier.

Shipping Policy
We offer delivery of our gift baskets to any physical address within the United States (no PO Boxes).

Please keep in mind that Alaska and Hawaii do a have longer delivery time:

Ground Shipping - Takes 7-10 Days
Next Day - Takes 2 Days
2 Day - Takes 3 Days

Shipping to Puerto Rico or Canada is not available at this time.
Please keep in mind that ground shipping is not available on the fruit or candy bouquets.

Return Policy
The dropshipper will provide a 15 day return policy during which a buyer may return any product undamaged (at their own expense) for any reason at all.
The dropshipper will also provide a return/refund policy for any damaged or defective gifts as long as any claims are placed within the agreed upon 15 days of the gift being received.
